Hi. Welcome to my blog!! I'm Casey Evans. I am a passionate cook and baker with a love for photography. I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and a minor in Nutrition, and earned a Grand Diploma in French Culinary from the International Culinary Center in Manhattan, New York, one of the top culinary schools in the world..
I was born and raised in Dallas, TX, where my dad serves as the CEO of a publically-traded, oil and gas company, and now reside in New York, where I love pursuing my passion for real great food, and adding my own twist to traditional recipes. I also love travelling both around the US and the world!
